Even I’ll be going for my newly adopted country’s athletes: it’s hard not to get caught up in it, especially after last night’s alternatively what-the-hell/awe-inspiring/bizarre/cheesy/quirkily, quintessentially British opening ceremony. Go Team GB (and Australia*)!
